ADVERTISING COSTS ON CONFERENCE MATERIALS:
A4 advertisement on the conference plan – PLN 7,000 (NOTE - registration required by May 6, 2026)
Advertisement on the back of the conference ID card – PLN 4,000 (NOTE - registration required by May 6, 2026)
Conference ID card lanyard – PLN 3,000 (NOTE - registration required by May 6, 2026)
Logo on the conference plan (free for PSNiT supporting members) – PLN 1,000 (NOTE - registration required by May 15, 2026)

--- PSNiT members receive a 50% discount on all prices for exhibition stand options and advertising in conference materials, if unless otherwise stated.
PLEASE NOTE! Companies with outstanding dues to PSNiT will not be eligible for discounts, even if they are PSNiT members. Additionally, conference participation will be possible after payment of outstanding dues and the cost of participation in the upcoming conference. ---

Badge badges and conference materials will be issued after confirmation of the conference fee.

INFORMATION REGARDING TRADE FAIR STAND SETUP

Stands will be ready on Sunday, May 24, 2026, from 2:00 PM, and on Monday, May 25, 2026, from 9:00 AM.
Please ensure that stands are ready by Monday, May 25, 2026, no later than 2:30 PM.
The hotel has also set a final stand cleanup deadline for Wednesday, May 27, 2026, by 3:00 PM. 20.00 as well as large items from the grass field until 20.00 PM.
