CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION COSTS:

Conference participation for PSNiT members - PLN 750
The price includes conference materials, participation in all lectures, workshops, and discussion forums, coffee breaks, and lunches during all conference days.

Conference participation for other participants - PLN 850
The price includes conference materials, participation in all lectures, workshops, and discussion forums, coffee breaks, and lunches during all conference days.

DINNER PRICE LIST FOR PSNiT MEMBERS

May 25, 2026: Barbecue dinner in the banquet hall - PLN 200 (will be included in the conference invoice received from PSNiT)
May 26, 2026: Kashubian-style gala dinner - PLN 350 (will be included in the conference invoice received from PSNiT)

PLEASE NOTE! Dinner on the first day of the conference (May 25, 2026) and the gala dinner (May 26, 2026) are not included in the conference fee; they are optional extras. Once selected, they will be added to the invoice.

ACCOMMODATION:

Accommodation costs:
Conference participants will stay overnight at the SZYMBARK Hotel. The Szymbark Hotel and the entire Kashubian Congress Center facility remain at the exclusive use of our group. The accommodation price includes a buffet breakfast, Wi-Fi, and access to the spa area.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. The hotel will make every effort to ensure rooms are available earlier on the day of arrival and to allow for late check-out on the day of departure.

Single room price - PLN 460 / per room / per night
Double room price - PLN 550 / per room / per night

NOTE: Each conference participant can also choose accommodation/dinner during the conference. By selecting the accommodation option in the registration form, you are guaranteed a place and do not need to reconfirm it with the hotel. After selecting your accommodation, the cost will be added to your conference invoice.
The selected dinner on the first day of the conference or the gala dinner on the second day of the conference will also be included in the PSNiT invoice.
